What Is This?
Automatic Email Updates is a system that emails you new listings which match your search criteria, directly from our web site! It does the work for you---you input the criteria (# bedrooms, price range, etc) and each morning it reviews new listings and sends you the ones that match. If there are no new listings matching your criteria, you will not receive an email on that particular day.
How do I sign up?
To use this feature, you must sign up for a free account, this may be found on any of the property search features (Go to a property search page and click on the Log-In tab) or CLICK HERE. After you have completed the registration, you will be redirected to our “Customer Portal” page where you can view a tutorial or start your search by clicking the “New Search Tab”. You will then have a selection as to which type of listings you would like to search. You now can enter your desired search criteria.
To receive updates of new listings:
Click the "Save search” button. When you click this button, a small window will pop up asking you to name the search. Enter any name you desire and click "OK" to continue. Check the box for “Daily Email Updates" that appears on the search and reports section. To see a list of the searches you have saved, click on the name in “My Searches” in the customer portal section (You must be logged into the site to view this link.)
Can I Remove Myself From Receiving Searches?
Yes. Log into the customer portal and go to the "My Searches" section. Uncheck the box for “Daily Email Updates" that appears on the search and reports section and you will be unsubscribed from future updates.
How accurate is the information sent to me?
The MLS system on my site is continuously updated, meaning that it is as up-to-date as possible. The information listed is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. If you are interested in a specific listing, please contact me for more information.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We do not provide any contact information to any third party companies. Your information is kept private and will never be shared.
